Refund & Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day Return Policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for returns,

  1. (FOR BRAND NEW WITHOUT DAMAGES/ISSUES) Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (If available), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. (FOR DAMAGES/ISSUES UPON ARRIVAL) With tags, in its original packaging, receipt, or proof of purchase. 

 

Damages and issues

We test all our products in real-life conditions to ensure they are fully built-in quality and capable of standing up to the uses for which they were designed. All the products were screened by leather professionals before they were sent to the fulfillment center.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please include supporting documents such as Images/Videos. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns:

  • obtained from other sources instead of our Website.
  • that have been damaged by abuse or negligence & misuse or activities other than the intended purpose.
  • The tag (If available) has been removed, the original package has been disposed of, altered product or unable to prove of purchase. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Things to note:

  • We will be covering 70% of the shipping cost when you ship back to us. (Once the return is approved, instructions will be sent to you via email).
  • For damages/issues or wrong products on arrival, If your request gets approved, customers will receive a EUR20.00  voucher for their next purchase. (Only eligible for damages/issues or wrong products on arrival).
  • Do note that the shipping fee (Seller to Buyer) will not be refunded except for damages/issues or wrong products on arrival. 
  • Not all returns will be accepted. (Read Exceptions / non-returnable items above).

For damages/issues or wrong products on arrival, customers will receive a EUR20.00 voucher in total.

Exchange


Currently, the only way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. (GEON ALPS will be working on providing more solutions).

  

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected (If Necessary) your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (Up to 10 days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

To start a return, you may CLICK HERE. If your return is accepted, we’ll notify you through email as well as for instructions and steps on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That might not be our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of purchased products for more than 3 hours will not be accepted and they will be considered as returns. For Pre-Order sales, cancellations are allowed before the goods reach our inventory.
